Mix and Match Jaffles


Ingredients

2 tbsp Devondale Dairy Soft Butter Spread
8 slices white bread
4 Devondale Tasty Cheese Slices
4 short-cut bacon rashers, fried until crisp
2 bananas, cut into thin slices
Maple syrup, to drizzle


Directions

  1. Preheat jaffle maker. Butter one side of each slice of bread and place buttered side down on a clean board. Top four of the bread slices with cheese, bacon and banana. Top with remaining bread, making sure the buttered side is facing up.
  2. Place in the jaffle maker, close lid and cook for 5 minutes or until bread is golden brown and crisp. Serve warm, drizzled with maple syrup.
