Ingredients

2 ½ cups nut-free toasted muesli
8 Medjool dates, pitted
2 Tbsp (40ml) rice malt syrup
1 Tbsp (20ml) tahini
3 Tbsp (60ml) Devondale unsalted butter


Directions

  1. Process all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender until well combined.
  2. With wet hands, roll into balls.
  3. Place on a tray lined with non stick paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  5. Blend mixture with a stick blender and allow to cool slightly. Add eggs and flour and mix thoroughly.
