Ingredients
2 ½ cups nut-free toasted muesli |
8 Medjool dates, pitted |
2 Tbsp (40ml) rice malt syrup |
1 Tbsp (20ml) tahini |
3 Tbsp (60ml) Devondale unsalted butter |
Directions
- Process all of the ingredients together in a high speed blender until well combined.
- With wet hands, roll into balls.
- Place on a tray lined with non stick paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Blend mixture with a stick blender and allow to cool slightly. Add eggs and flour and mix thoroughly.
