| Long Life Thickened Cream |
| 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste |
| 1 tbsp caster sugar |
| 1 tbsp Devondale Skim Milk Powder |
Directions
- For perfect whipped cream, chill the bowl and beaters before adding the cream, whip small amounts at a time.
- For a sweet cream, whip 300ml of cream to just soft peaks, add 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste and 1 tbsp caster sugar, continue to whip until soft peaks are firm.
- For extra stability in whipped cream peaks, sift 1 tbsp skim milk powder over 600mls of almost whipped cream and beat until stiff.
